Participants:  Falls Church Emergency Management Coordinator, City Manager, Public Works Director, Finance Director, Water Authority

Purpose:  To familiarize EOC personnel with the equipment in the EOC.  Discuss who will be required to be in the EOC and what are his or her responsibilities.  Discuss what will cause the activation of the EOC.  Use the ICS structure in the EOC to identify personnel who may require specific training to fill a position.  Discuss current MOUs the city has and where there may be a need for more support.
