Participants:  IMT members.

Purpose:  To evaluate and improve the NCR-IMT's ability to conduct and maintain incident management activities and function as a cohesive team during the response to a major disaster.  Members participating will exercise their training in sections, divisions and groups throughout the entire event.

Milestones:  The exercise will allow the IMT to develop a comprehensive organization structure in real time to provide comprehensive incident management operations including conducting all meetings/briefings, planning processes, and development of IAPs and a demobilization plan over the course of three days.  Resource management on a regional level in conjunction with state and federal partners will be tested.  Asset allocation and budgets will be exercised as well as unified  command and coordination with local EOC's
