Area leaders and transit officials are invited to gather at Union Station to hear from leaders at the Maryland Area Rail Commuter (MARC), the Virginia Railway Express (VRE), Virginia Passenger Rail Authority, and Union Station Redevelopment Corporation, as well as additional regional, state, and federal stakeholders to discuss the importance of passenger rail to the region.

The event is being held as part of DMVMoves, the regional initiative to create a unified vision and sustainable funding model for our transit network.
