The National Executive Forum on Public Order Policing will take place from November 4-6, 2025, in Washington, DC. This event, organized by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, Northern Virginia Emergency Response System, and Maryland-National Capital Region Emergency Response System, is designed to enhance the expertise of senior commanders in crowd event management.

The program will cover essential themes such as legal frameworks, ethics, and scientific foundations. Attendees will also explore critical operational topics, including command and control, interoperability, and tactical options. This forum offers a forward-looking perspective, emphasizing best practices and innovative approaches to public order policing.
