In September, COG earned its first-ever Great Place To Work certification.
Great Place to Work highlights organizations with positive, engaging workplace cultures. It is unique because it is the only recognition based entirely on what employees report about their level of trust in the organization and the consistency of the employee experience. To achieve the certification, COG had to meet specific, globally recognized benchmarks.
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93 percent more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly and have a fair chance at promotion.
Partnering with Great Place To Work also provides insights into how COG can continue to improve its workplace culture.
