This program has been designed to provide educational tools and information about
posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to frontline crisis and/or emergency
professionals, and provide basic information to frontline professional counselors.
After attending this program, participants should:

Be able to encourage those who may be suffering from PTSD to seek the help they need •
