Radio Town Hall Focuses on Violence and Pedestrian Safety

Glen On June 12, the Council of Governments (COG) and Clear Channel Radio hosted a Community Breakfast Forum on two of region’s most serious issues: violence and pedestrian safety.

The forum was presented in a town hall format, with panelists—such as Prince George’s State’s Attorney Glenn Ivey, Montgomery County Councilmember Nancy Floreen, and Alexandria Councilman Rob Krupicka—discussing the issue and then responding to questions and comments from a studio audience and listeners who called-in. It was broadcast live on 980 AM, 99.5 FM, 100.3 FM and 101.1 FM.
