The last time The Yardstick posted a call for folks to get involved first-hand in helping make RF a reality we got a fantastic response and the Air and Climate Public Advisory Committee got some great new members.

Let’s see if you can do it again. Now that all 21 local governments in the region have adopted RF it’s time to get to work. A new Region Forward Coalition is being formed to lead implementation of RF and members are needed. Translation: you can directly help shape the long-term future of the region.

Representatives are needed from: nonprofit philanthropic advocacy and community-based organizations as well as from business. The Coalition will also include elected officials and representatives from government agencies.
