On Friday, May 15 Commuter Connections and the Washington Area Bicyclist Association invite area commuters for a celebration of bicycling as a clean, fun, and healthy way to get to work. Seventy-nine pit stops will host Bike to Work Day events throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

In the video below, Adrienne Moretz, Community Relations Manager at TransIT Services of Frederick County and Chair of the Bike to Work Day Steering Committee, discusses the day’s events and the benefits of commuting via bicycle.
