The Council of Governments conducts its own procurements as well as some on behalf of the region. This site lists COG-specific solicitations and provides detail on the cooperative purchasing program for area agencies. Additionally, many partner agencies ensure that the COG Rider Clause is in local contracts so that other agencies may utilize the same agreements without going out to bid.

Searchable Contract Database
COG provides a database of more than 14,000 contracts held by COG and multiple local government agencies. Many of these contacts contain the COG Rider Clause, which allows members to leverage existing agreements without going out to bid.
